RDF Hc Achievements Tracking Addon name?

What's the name of the Addon Sending messages like:

{skull} [Don't Look Up] failed! (player name).

Or basically any other Addon capable of tracking current available achievements in current dungeon?

The guy that send that message into chat replied to me after asking him 2x Atlas Loot. But I don't see any option like that in Atlas Loot? Or how do I turn it on? I asked him if he is sure and he said he has no idea ... so I am really not buying it.
