WotLK Video Settings reset everytime i log out.

It's in the title, everything from resolution to graphics quality to audio settings all revert back to default settings whenever i close/open the client after I save them. any thoughts?

Follow these steps:
1) Restart your PC
2) close your Torrent client and move your WoW folder away from your Torrent's download destination
3) now right click on WoW folder> Properties> remove "read-only"

i dont get it i can find my wow folder and the read only
