Free relentless gear is unfair. What is the point of playing in any other server if you dont pve? You have to spent arena points to get it on other servers. Make furious starter gear.

How is it unfair if anyone can get it? Why is it unfair? Go and make a character on blackrock and you'll get it also.

if you don't do pve then there's 0 reason to not start a blackrock character.
