Gold Squish second time after selling golds

Hello. I lost golds while trying to sell them after the first gold squish. I was told to creat Premium ticket. Sadly no clue what is that so Im posting here in premium section becaue that was only thing I could think of as a premium ticket.
Dont know if i need to post some details or if you can find it from logs.

yeah thx already did that.. but it is not called premium ticket so i got confused by that.. and after someone told me it is called that I tryined to delete this post but I did not find the option for that .. :D
