Alchemy profession

Hello, I have problem with alchemy profession, I rised it to 325 and it says in outland thallmar I can get quest for specialization, but there are no quests at all

You get Elixir master from That bird dude in Shattrath Lower City.
You get Potion master in Cenarion outpost in Zangarmarsh.
You get Transmute master from that weird dude in Netherstorm inside one of those biodomes.

It begins at the Alchemist in Thrallmar who will ask you what specialization you want. That quest will send you to ^

Yes I know where it begins, but when I am talking to npc in thallmar (400 alchemy right now) there is no quests at all. I deleted cache folder, I reinstalled wow but still alchemist in thallmar doesn't have any quest for specialization.

At first I learned specialization transmutation but I decided I want to elixir master, I couldn't reset specialization so I decided to unlearn alchemy and start again rising it to 325, and here I am in thallmar and for now there is no quest at all.
