Pandaria I lost all my characters in MoP

Hello ! I played mop here since 2k15 and there was some realm transfer i want to play again mop and my question is can i get my characters back , i have screenshots ingame and all what can help you too .

There have been at least two inactivity clean-ups that I can remember since 2015, which removes characters that aren't in donor accounts and haven't been played for a long time. That's not reversible if it fits your case.

Okey so , champions was played since 2k17 and there is no way the haven't been played more then 1 month aproximately. but yes my account wasn't donor . they was played and geared full on lastest patch can u check in date base some of them . Buggyman , Dmgcontroler , Dirtydotter , Dreambreaker - are they refundable or not ?

If they were fully geared they should be high level enough to not be affected I suppose. The only other way for the characters to be gone would be from within the game, manually, be it by you or by someone accessing your account. If the characters can be recovered they will show on the "Services" tab of your My Account page. If they aren't there, they can't be recovered.

I can't check that, you can as I told you.
Either they will be there for Character Restoration or they won't.

There are no Character restorations characters so it mean they are lost . Thank you for your help still. = (

Yes, that would mean they were deleted over a month ago, so they aren't available to be restored anymore, unfortunately.
