SquidFrame not working

Hello guys,
I have downloaded mutiple times different version of the addon but it always says : "This addon has been disabled. You should install an updated version" when you open the addon list at the character screen.
Can anyone give me a working link or explain why it is not working ?

3.3.5a Version -- Make sure to check "Load out of date Addons" when you are at your addons list (character screen).
