WotLK Freezes/Lags

Hi All,
For some reason i am getting significant freezes while playing PVP (BGs/Arena's) -> its making it unplayable since freeze takes about 1s every time.
Any idea what it can cause ? I turned off all unnecessary addons and left only with : gladius/soundalertner/losecontrol/healbot/tellmewhen/quartz/DBM
but i am still getting lags.

I am playing on i7 machine and have 150+ fps -> playing with low details + view distance at max.

While playing CPU/GPU usage does not go above 20 % , RAM is on 60 % , wow + system is on SSD

It happens when i do some action - wrath hit the enemy, click on enemy, receive dmg. etc..

Any ideas ?

I didnt noticed that i had set 8x multisapling , it seems that it is what caused it, testing 1x multisampling and so far without freezes.
