I was asking around for someone to enchant Deathfrost on a weapon I just got and Dediayko claimed to be able to enchant it. I gave him the mats and then he just went to a mailbox and camped out. Who can I talk to about this?

You can report someone via a ticket in-game. Make sure you include any screenshot or video evidence you have in the report.

You should always ask the person to link the enchant itself. I also always record the scene with Bandicam or whatever, so that you have proof if you get scammed.
You won't get your stuff back if you report the player but at least you get sweet, sweet revenge.
