You can make a support ticket in game to report it. He can get banned for it but you won't get the items back.

report with in-game ticket, also you miss some key info (trade etc.), so I wouldn't get my hopes up.

oh boy, are you in for a treat. Always screenshot raids/trades, it just makes reporting players easier.
