WotLK Neltharion Druids Missing Teleport to Moonglade

I just recently learned that we could bring our 85 toons from Nelth to Icecrown so I did just that.
Man, is that a lot of work.
You show up naked and dead, you know nothing.
Consider yourself fortunate if you managed to keep a ground mount.
All my toons kept their flying mount(s). Only one kept her ground mounts. That's a lot of naked walking...

At any rate, you know no spells, no recipes, nothing when you appear in Icecrown. Warmane is kind enough to give your toon 3k gold if the toon was broke.
So I figured no problem with my druid, just port to Moonglade and see the trainer. Nope. I don't have that spell.
Maybe there's somewhere I can get it but I have no idea where that is.

I already walked several toons across the map, got to a flight path, got them to Dalaran. That's not the issue. I have no Teleport to Moonglade spell that as far as I can remember, druids just have from the start.
Is there any trainer or something else that I can learn it from?
