WotLK Missing character

Found my old wow account which i haven't loged in since 2015 year.
Wanted to play a bit, but found out that my character is missing. Was there some kind of characters clean or something like that?

Is there any way to find out what happened and restore it?

In my account it was displayed as "Ragnaros"

deathwing and Ragnaros got merged into 1 realm called "Icecrown".
Players had around 1 years of time to move their chaarcter to this new realm.

As far as I know it is too late now but you may try to contatc "Support Team" by sending an email to [email protected] ( or by opening a ticket on webite of if your account is premium)
