There is a name i'd like but it says its not available but when I search for the name in the armoury there is no character using the name.

When do names become available again, I remember something about 1 year of no activity or something like that.

Also, are you able to add the ' character to names, requires some extra code when making a new character but would open up a wealth of names for people to choose instead of just face rolling until something sticks.

If character is deleted names is available instantly. As for the other question, I do not think it's possible.
