    [ANSWERED]error buying item

    Last night I bought my tier helmet, it took my tokens and I never received my item. It's not in my bags and it didn't come through the mail. I opened a ticket and the GM said there's nothing they can do?? I have the screen shot of them telling me there's nothing they can do. I also donate. Someone help please.

    We do not offer support for items bought via tokens. I am sorry.
