Ele vs Feral as Ele:

Trinket first stun, put down stoneclaw totem, pop everything and start spamming lesser healing wave. The tactic is surviving berserk doing nothing else than healing yourself the whole time, while damaging him using lightning shield + magma totem + flame shock + instant lava, and a couple of purge if you can.
If you are geared to teeth and have a lot of resi you have a reasonable chance to survive, if you are alive and full after berserk you have won.
Thunderstorm can be used to slow down the pressure or during a second stun, but beware of bear charge on nature school or you are ****ed.

Elemental vs affli or destro is impossible just avoid it.
