Is it my client or the server?

My client started running slow and then I Alt-F4ed out. I went to boot it back up and now now nothing works. I just stand in the graveyard but my toon never loads up. I can't move and chat doesn't work. This seems like a lag or net issue but mine works just fine. So, all I can think is the server is being screwy? If this is a common issue please tell me what can be done about it.

Do you have any addons? They can cause issues. Have you tried clearing the cache and WTF folders?
