Error 134 I need help! Plz!

Hello, I need help with this error 134. It happened to me after i was loading Northrend Map. I already Deleted WTF folder but nothing happen.

ERROR #134 (0x85100086) Fatal Condition

Failed to read file World\Maps\Northrend\Northrend_18_30.adt.

Try deleting Cache folder. If that does not fix it, you might have to download whole game again to fix it.

Use this. The game is 32 bit and limited to 2 gigs of system memory it can access.
This fixes that.

I couldn't even go to Dalaran without hard crashing before I found out about this.
