dont see players

hey, i have some problems with my character. when im in city , for example Dalaran , or near enter to Pit of Sauron etc , when NO pvp zone, all is blue for u, i saw everyone , but when i run outside its like another space and i didnt see players.
dying didnt help, unstuck too

UPD: when I am going further from ICC area i starting to see players
