Game master needs to clean out the trash from level 19 bg's.

people afk mid game, people take flag and wintradeing.

- script, people using buggs to jump to safespots.

- The list goes on and on, because the GM never does anything about it.

The solution is to make a active level 19 player a GM, wich will clean out the bg's and make it normal again.
