WotLK Can't queue for ToC, HoR, PoS or FoS, normal or heroic

Hi all, I've reached all items level 200, including trinkets, fingers and relic, but I still can't queue for ToC, HoR, PoS or FoS, no matter normal or heroic. What should I do?

First you need to pick up the quest chain, i cant remember where it starts, and i believe you still need better gear.
