1. Okay, so something funny happened. I was doing Halls of Reflection and 2 of the dudes were really salty saying that i shouldnt even queue up as a tank and made jokes on my gear. Here is picture of my current gear. Am i missing something? I saw guide that said i need Agility and Stamina. Thats what im getting. 2 rings are strenght and stamina i got from icc rep. Could you maybe tell me what can i do with current gear of those that u listed. Im sorry if im making this hard, but i really want to learn how to play.

Your gear is fine. What you can change is hit trinket for Heart of Iron (farmable from toc 5man). And you should invest in gems.

Austere Earthsiege Diamond meta gem is expecially important, all other gems should be stamina (at least 24), unless you need to activate meta or a bit of hit/expertise in which case you can use hit + stam or expertise + stam gems.

  2. Around this lvl of gear (and for raids) people will expect you to have an gear with full enchants & gems.
If you're a new player without much gold you can go for "budget" enchants and gems, which are the ones 1 tier lower than the best and usually much cheaper. For example as Jendah said, you could gem with 24 stamina (instead of 30 stam which cost a lot more).

For a list of enchants I suggest you read a feral tanking guide listing them all
For gems, Druid tanks mostly gem full stamina except a few 15stam/10def or 15stam/10 hit to activate meta gem

As for the trinkets, as Jendah said, go farm toc 5 for The Black Heart, great trinket, and then buy the eot trinket from vendor Glyph of Indomitability, which is a good start for Druid. They both are much better than your currents trinkets

  3. You can also try and contact someone in-game. It would be much easier to explain some stuff there than here. I can help you with enchants, glyphs etc. So add me if you want (Helinor), I'll try to give you a hand. :)

Being new sux, especially when you don't know anybody. Also not many people are willing to help the new guys, which is not cool.
