Hi.
I just returned to the server to play, but I realize that the server is no longer available, I bought items for my character with Coins and Points, could help me transfer my character I had in Neltharion to Icecrown. Unfortunately, now I can not return to donate because the euro is too expensive for my currency, I am from Mexico, so I insist on asking for help to recover my character. I already opened a ticket but they tell me that the time to transfer characters is over, I really hope someone can help me. I've been playing on the server for about 10 years.

if you have got an answer from website ticket then there is nothing you can do I guess.

Btw by transfering from neltharion to Icecrown your charcter would have kept only prefession, mounts and gold. All gear would be lost so your charcter would have been at lvl 80 almost naked (with just some green gear)
