[ANSWERED]Recovering an old Account

Hi guys!

I'm writting you because one of my friends is trying to recover his two years old account, but he doesnt remember the account username and password. He has a hint of the email he used because he tried to make a new account with that e-mail and the system told him there was already an account with that email. He has tried to use the recovery username option giving that email, but the email does not appear. What can he do to recover his account? Thanks in advance!
