Pandaria Cant loggin into game " frostwolf"

Today after make new characters, I couldn't connect on server, while my friend was able to do it. I am always stucked at connecting ,Im AFK for a minute and it DC but after clossed the game it still stuck at connecting ,may you can help me about this issue .thanks
