Hello. Me and My friend was leveling up in STV and we had drop from mobs epic 2hand Sword. its we rolled and i won. But i died before loot it. After that i run to my corpse and when i come to mob its disapear. I didnt get my epic item. I open in game ticket but not response yet. Please someone help me.

Because we don't offer that. Even if it had been the case of a bug you are assumed to acknowledge they can happen in a private server and accept that's part of it, and your case was simply that you died and the body had despawned by the time you got back. The only case we return items are for missing/lost ones that someone got with coins they donated for or the very rare ones that block some essential progress.
