Is mining worth it?

Does anyone else find it nearly impossible to find saronite or titanium nodes in IC, Stormpeaks, or anywhere really? I will scour those places for hours on end and come out with maybe one or two nodes total. Have never managed to get a full stack of either of those. Are they just picked clean constantly due to over population and slow node respawns? Am I the only one who has these issues?

Don't farm in Icecrown or Storm Peaks while server population is over 7-8k
Take less populated times to farm.
It is same for herbalism.
Yes, it is hard but still possible.

It is possible to level mining and to farm well. Go to wintergrasp/Icecron/Storm Peaks to find titanium ore and saronite. Just fly and scout. You should always find something. Although, farming at night is best.

Farming lvl 40-60 mats works also, they usually sell for alot.

I for example have a 49 twink and just farm herbs while killing random peepz.
