WotLK Improved Unholy Presence Talent gives mount speed or just move on foot speed

Well the talent improved unholy presence does it gives only foot speed or also mount speed, the idea is that palas has a skill called pursuit of justice it says it raises the movement speed the same as dk but on pala i have seen that it gives also mount speed.

Pursuit states move AND mounted speed.
Unholy Presence is movespeed only, not mounted.

im pretty sure it's mounted speed as well. I've chased guys down when we're both on 100% mounts and caught up so i'd go with that

On WotLK it doesn't increase mounted speed, there's a talent called "on a pale horse" that does that. Unholy presence (or improved unholy presence) works only for running.
