I love frost dk in PvE, but in PvP, ive never seen him, only Unhollys and a few blood/unholly hibrid build ...
Searching, ive read a build/rotation with Death Strike instead of Oliterate, full crit/streght, spell pen cap and Frost Strike like main skill. Interesting ...
Anyway, is there any viable frost build so strong than Unholly?

Anything is techncially "viable" for something. Frost is definitely not as good as unholy for 2s in pmuch all match ups. It's really good in bgs, imo and in my personal experience playing it. Absolutely dog**** in duels.
As for specs, you've got some freedom with what you can choose. I prefer

for 2s in arena mainly because of the great utility DG provides vs warrior hpal meme. But you can funnel points in and out of unholy tree/blood tree for more damage/utility. I don't see a particularly great need for extra damage as frost if you're BiS/close to it so I tend to focus on utility/extra defensives.Edited: March 27, 2019
