WotLK Was my account hacked?

I just logged back on just recently and noticed all my stuff were missing! SOME of my characters were gone, not including the servers that aren't up. I heard everyones account data was hijacked... Is there something I can do about it or need to do because of?

Not to complain, I'm able to log in game, but I was also wondering if should I were compensated for any of it? :)

I tried to create a support ticket but the only Category to choose from was ban appeal. And I don't think I'm able to create one. All it says is, for ban appeals... the only category to choose from.

I can't recall... years ago.
I played all of them, just not on the pvp only server(s)!

My main concern is all my gear T_T But the stuff purchased was on the fast lvl server x16 idk! And all but 1 was left. :(

That's just the site though... doubt I knew everything went missing. If that was even me logging in lol!
