You can try to download the client from the following links:

https://www.warmane.com/download

You're going to need a torrent software, if you're using linux, transmission is a good option (the one I use), for windows there are thousands and mac I'm clueless about it.

For some reason i can not download from that link the client even when i use windows.

Do you have a torrent software such as uTorrent in example? If you have it and still it doesn't let you, make sure adblock or similar is not blocking the site.
