    Cannot change password

    Hello,

    I cannot change password, I'm keep receiving message "New password is not valid". Could you please check this? I tried 4 different passwords and it doesn't allow me to set it. Thanks.

    Password must be 8-16 characters long and it can't contain any special characters.

    Ah, thanks, but that's strange - when creating a new account, the password can contain special character. Any idea why is it set that way?
