The Clutches of Evil" quest not aviable?

What has happened ? I've earned 04/26/2017 Alliance Loremaster at Icecrown and all went ok.

Now in Lordaeron no way to have this Major important quest-chain starter for "I've Toured the Fjord".

Captain Adams should give this quest right after "To Westguard Keep!" ?
Or alternative route which is bugged atm also. Bugged quest "Lightning Infused Relics" cuts the alternative chain to "The Clutches of Evil"

Am i missing now something, exept life? Is this really bugged questline? My carachter bugged?
Stuck here untill this quest unlocks more quests. I use EveryQuest addon (very good addon btw) and i've checked multiple times all quests.

Both "bugs" above are in bugtracker, "The Clutches of Evil" two years now.. so bugged or not?


Sitting here in "Hardcore PvE realm" on 3000+ quests done. 106/130 short of Alliance Loremaster. Now i remember why i prefer Battlegrounds :S

But hey! However, I tried to do something else interesting here in Harrrddcore PvE content realm :D

I am Horde and I have been able to do complete all quests in all of Northrend (albeit some needed a bit of exploiting), so it was definitely doable, but it just might have happened that now the quest you are trying to do is bugged. Bugs come and go, so my best advice is to just wait until next reset and then try doing it again. GL

Some bugged quests are complete-able in some ways. For example, The http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/quest=12713 can be beaten with a pocket healer, http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/quest=13047 is doable if you go there right after a server restart, and http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/quest=12910 is complete-able if you kill http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/npc=29695 before tracking the way to the cave.

Usually people post ways to complete bugged quests on Bugtracker comments, but asking in Global chat also works sometimes.

For real this is a huge problem, it's blocking a big chain line
