Site Payment not sucessful, yet money got booked.

Hey,

i just donated and the Site said "payment not sucessful" but still the money has been withdrawn from my account.

Any idea? is that normal? could not find a post that fits to my issue.

The money should be automatically returned to you in a few days. If you still want to donate, either contact Paymentwall support or use prepaid cards (like Paysafecard or Mint) or gift cards to donate if you have those payment methods available on donation window.

thank you. do you have any idea why it doesnt work? it usualy does.

It's most likely Paymentwall anti-fraud system that rejected the payment. It can happen randomly but there is higher chance of it happening if you try to make multiple payments through Paymentwall with the same card in a short period.
