WotLK Lampionos Account Lost, can't do a ticket about that

Hello, i got a friend of mine, who forgot password and e-mail also, so he can't get to his 1st account, where he got 80 level paladin named Lampionos, he wasn't on this acc for about a year and a half, and he want to ask you about some resolutions about that, if u could change his gmail to some new, where he remember password, or just send a gmail he registred account for.

He's actually playing on another acc, with Warlock named Issuz (level 80) and Paladin named Lampion (level 50).
