Donated but no coins

After I donated, I was charged $20 but the site said "transaction not completed" and I did not receive any coins.

If it said that transaction was not completed, the money should be automatically returned to you in a few days. If you still want to donate, either contact Paymentwall support or use prepaid cards (like Paysafecard or Mint) or gift cards to donate if you have those payment methods available on donation window.
