[ANSWERED]Ineffective staff

So i am currently serving the 4th day of my 5-day ban.
I submitted my appeal 10 minutes after the ban (the ban itself took place like 10 mins after the report). I submitted another ticket a couple of days after to look for an explanation for why would it be taking so long. I got a blunt response that I will have my support section disabled if I keep submitting tickets.

And here comes the question:

Why would you even give us the option to appeal a 5-day ban if your staff is unable to serve it in time?

Support is sometimes quite busy and usually handling much bigger issue than a 5 day ban .
