Cataclysm cant log in in my old acc

I cant log in in my old acount and when i try to restart password and send to my email eror show up and i cant do nothing. 1 time when i try it worked bud email never showed up!
Pleas can u help me and 1 more thing i have 3 characters on cataclysm is there eny cance to give me back items that i had on other characters?
