SOOO i deleted my riding training pamphlet on icecrown for my lvl 23 druid. is there a way i can get it back? If so i could really use the help. Thanks!

you should still be able to train riding, the pamphlet should just be so you get a quest to show you where the trainer is.

it says i need the pamphlet to complete the quest to train

it's just a small quest to take you to the riding trainer. Completing the quest doesn't teach you riding. You still need to train via the NPC.
