Can i transfer from Icecrown to Blackrock

I recently found myslef no longer wanting to PVE and only pvp from now on Blackrock has better MS and also the option of solo que! Is there anyway i could move my character from Icecrown to blackrock i would even pay in coins or points

why would you want to dude, you can go Blackrock and make instant 80 with crazy ilvl gear for nothing.... almost zero effort ;D
