{WAR] what stance to switch for spell reflect PVP

HEy what should i put in my macro for spell reflect while in ZERK stance, some wars go in def stance and reflect and other go in battle stance ?
what the difference? and what's the best

for example looking on old R1/glads player liek sonydigital, Gforce etc, used to go in def stance for spell reflect, and some streamer here use to go in battle stance to spell reflect.
