The fee is taken after your gold/item/char sold as far as i know, it's cut from the coins you earn.

Yes, but you need premium status.
Yes, you'll lose the achievements. Meaning your activity rank may drop.

You can also gift coins so if you know someone who has coins he can gift you for in game gold, or something.

Doing such trades with coin gifting is not allowed.
