Only nemesis from talents (3/3 - 30% cd reduce, and meta glyph extra 6s).
talent is kinda op, so u will have it already if u wanna good average dmg during raid. Glyph provides u posibility of using immo aura 2nd time during 1 meta, but u should have good haste numbers, and u will be forced to use it from start instead of proper timing with trinqets proc, so it's not so effective and pretty situation dependable.
so practically - no u can't, but if there will be bis group with 40s boss kill, meta glyph + pet crit talent and huge numbers are here.
