WotLK What faction should i grind rep for better gear for ret paladin pve ?

Hey guys my ret paladin just reached level 80 today but my gear really low, i am planning to grind rep in northrend faction, but which one should i go first? also beside grinding faction, what should i do to get better gear?

Argent crusade, knight of the ebon blade, and sons of hodir. After that, you can choose to raid naxx, obsidion sanctum, eye of eternity, and ulduar or skip all these and do fos pos hor dungeon run.
