Sudden Game Freez followed by huge latency

Hi, I ve been having sudden game freez 1s to 1 minute followed by high latency or disconnect for several months, I ve tryed everything, isp, pc cleanup, tweek, game reinstal addon remove bla bla, any ideas what might cause this? It happens randomly and after the freez it goes back to normal. I m wired and don t share my internet with anyone. ty
