Technical Cant log in game

Hi again guys!!! My brother (Pacidk DK 80 Icecrown) and me (Rachni DK 66 Icecrown) leave wow for a while ( like a year). Now we try to log for start again, with my account and pass there is no problem, but when he tried apear a window asking for autenticator code, and dont let him login.
He try log on warmane site but says account or pass incorrect,then try to reset pass but dont send him the email (yes, he is looking on spam folder too).
He try reset the autenticator in warmane site but dont work.

If he cant log in, cant reset pass and cant resset autenticator code, what should he do?
There is a problem with log in or only with the account of my brother?

NOTE: Both accounts are donor so i think we was fine with the anual cleanup!!!
