So if anything, the cap should be reduced. Increasing it it's totally out of the question!

Login to Lordaeron, create carachter. Yet no queue, instant login. You can roll 2 wow clients, maby even 2 accounts, and play Lordaeron meanwhile you queue other to Icecrown. So does big part of current Lordaeron playerbase. Levelling is hard in 1x rate realm, but ganking is fun even at lower levels. Dirty PvP is always welcome in this PvE elitism realm:S
