My settings get reset, and I have to Accept the EULA every time I log in. I don't want to have to recreate my keybindings everytime I want to play. Please Help

Windows solution
Probably your folder is marked as "Read Only" and when you change the settings, the operaiton system don't have premission to make changes to files inside. I don't know about other operation systems, but I'll give you solution for Windows.
Close all open clients (exit the game). Go to your C://( or where ever you installed), find your instalation folder and right click on it. Click "Properties".
Make shure "Read Only" option is DISABLED
If it's not, DISABLE IT and click Apply. Apply the changes to all files and folders inside.
Thats all. You will be asked to apply EULA for one last time. Keep in mind that, changes you make are saved when you exit the game, so when you are done with your settings, make shure to exit the game from the "Exit game button" (not alt+f4) so the changes can be saved.
