The AV and EOS never pop up unless it is daily. After midnight even not a WS is popping up. Ppl stop logging on because low population in BG, especially USA players. Can you reduces the cap number of BGs to rise more BG encounters? For example, the AV reduced to 25 ppl, and EOS to 12. Or you can do it for special period like 10 pm to 10 Am?
