Does anyone know the exact time and date when the weekly raid quest resets (in EST preferably - I'm really bad at time conversions even with online tools for some reason)?

Just looking for an exact time. I'm a little picky about taking notes. I'm new, so I'm trying to keep notes of everything so I know what to do :).
