WotLK Sub leveling - weapon speeds?

I am almost level 50 and using a hybrid sub build with precision and remorseless. Just wondering if there are preferred weapons for leveling as sub. I can use a swap macro for ambush so using a dagger isn't an issue. It seems like hemo doesn't scale with weapons at all, correct? If I use a 2.7 or 1.4 MH, it hits for the same, unlike SS. Should I just go with the highest dps weapons in both hands?

When you are on a leveling status and you don't have heirloom weapons of any short ( i would go double daggers heirloom for what you are describing ) then i guess your best bet would be the "newest" weapon you can get your hands on. Since leveling has high rates ( if you play on Icecrown ) the weapons become obsolete pretty fast so just try to keep with item ilvl and your level and you should be ok.
